Because most of our products are handmade, they may be unique and they might be subject to stock check first. By using high-tech digital camera we try to show our items with several resolutions to tolerate the restrictions on digital photography and internet media but still we can not 100% guarantee for especially the color tones. Product Descriptions were prepared as much as our knowledge for guidance purpose only. The stained-glass lampshade and ceramic items are handmade, it may have some small flaws. If you are a perfectionist, those items may not be suitable for you.
All the prices do NOT include shipping (unless promoted), customs and insurance costs. Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices on the blueeyes.sg are independent from the ones in showroom.
Payment and Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal as well as direct money transfer. In case of stock checks, we do not have simultaneous transaction. First we request online, we check availability of item and calculate shipping and we send an e-mail requesting payment with totals. You can make the payment secured online. We will proceed with the shipping after we double-check the payment info.
Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for any taxes, import tariffs or duties.
Return & Cancellation
You may return the items in 14 days, all items should be in perfect condition when we inspect the returned items. Otherwise we ship you back in your cost. The refund will be made for only for product costs so shipping(both going and coming) and any customs fees and taxes ets are exclusive from refund amount. Customer will be responsible for any damage or loss during returning order so make sure you make good packaging. After we get order back in original condition we will refund for items only. Custom orders, special orders and wholesale orders are not refundable.
Damaged order will be replaced or refunded in case of insured. So we recommend you to insure the order. And contact local carrier to open a claim in a week time once you received order. And also make a picture of damage in the packaging and email us to email@example.com
Defective or Incorrect Products Received
We apologize in advance if defective or incorrect products are sent to you.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject Header: "Defective/Incorrect Product" with the details such as Name, Contact Number, Invoice Number within 7 days.7 days is a reasonable time frame for the customer to check if the goods are received as described, or if there are any defects in the product. We will get back to you within 2 working days.

We will send you a SMS when your order is ready for collection. Please provide a mobile number for this purpose. You can also choose to visit our showroom for self-collection and the address is:

Our opening hours are 12pm to 9pm daily.
When is my scheduled delivery for courier?
On our end, we will need 1 - 2 days to process your order. Standard courier service would deliver items within 3 working days. Hence, for orders sent via courier, it will reach you within 5 working days from the time you place your order. The cost that we charge you is as charged to us. We do not earn a profit from courier services. Overall, we find that 99% of our customers would receive it within 5 working days from the date they place their order, as per our fulfilment promise.
Upon your order, we will arrange for it to be delivered. It will typically be sent out on the next day once payment completed. The charges are as the following:
- Orders below $150, it will be $15 for delivery.
- If your order exceeds $150, delivery is free.
Urgent Delivery / Specific Timeslots

We are not able to guarantee that you will be able to get the product in time by courier, especially if the lead time is short. Hence, the only option you have would be to self-collect or to request for urgent delivery. We will be fulfilling the urgent delivery orders with our in-house team; hence you can rest assured that the order will arrival at the agreed timing.
Information on additional charges
For items delivered internationally, you as a buyer may be subject to additional charges for VAT and/or customs duties in your country. For more information about these costs, please contact the customs office in your country.
